The best way to get to know a new place is by bike. We make it easy to rent a bike then get out and ride.
Just pick your bike, plan your dates, and book your bike rental online.
Rental Packages Include
Helmet: all bike rental customers will be required to have a helmet upon pickup. You can bring your own, or we will provide you with one.
Pedals: If you prefer a specific pedal you would like to use with your rental, bring it along with your specific shoes, and we will set up the bike accordingly. Otherwise, all bikes are equipped with flat pedals.
Fix-a-flat kit: Provided for all Mountain bikes.
*Rentals do not include water bottles, hydration packs, shoes, gloves or knee pads. However, we have options available for purchase.
*Storage for personal belongings is also not included.
*We will not swap out any parts or make specific alterations to rental bikes or equipment. All bikes are set up with standard brake orientation - Left/Front - Right/Rear. We are not able to make changes to this configuration.
*You must be 18 years or older to rent a bike, or have your parent/guardian sign for you.
RENTAL TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY: Rental bookings are required to be paid in full at time of booking, with a credit card kept on file for damages, loss, or late or other fees. We require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations - any cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will result in a fee of 20% of your total rental cost, automatically charged to your card on file.
LATE RENTAL RETURNS: Any rental bikes returned after the completion of your rental time will result in a late-fee of $25 per bike, automatically charged to your card on file. All WEEKDAY rental returns are due back by 5pm, and all WEEKEND rental returns are due back at 4pm.
DAMAGE POLICY: We offer an optional $10 damage policy covering up to $250 in bike damage. Anything beyond that, or any amount of damage if you decline coverage, is the responsibility of the rider and must be paid in full upon return of the Rental bike.
All rental bikes must be returned to the George's Cycles location the bikes were rented from. A $200 Transportation Fee will be automatically charged for bikes returned to a different George's Cycles location other than the original booking/rental location.
Rental Bike Transportation Policy
Rental bikes and equipment may not leave the state of Idaho and are meant for local use. Rental bikes may not be used/transported to races or events.
We reserve the right to verify transportation methods upon pick-up. We reserve the right to refuse reservations and method of transportation for any of our rental bikes.
Approved forms of bike transportation:
- A Hitch mounted tray-style rack that cradles the front and rear wheels securely (i.e. Kuat NV racks, Yakima Stage 2)
- A tailgate pad made by a reputable brand that secures to the tailgate and secures the bike (i.e. Yakima Gatekeeper, Raceface T3 Pad, Fox Mission Pad)
Unapproved forms of bike transportation:
- Trunk or hatch mounted bike racks (i.e. Yakima fullback or hangout)
- Hitch mounted hang-style racks (i.e. Yakima Ridgeback)
- Loosely laid down in a pickup truck bed or strapped down in the bed of a pickup like a dirt bike
- Box or flat bed trailers
- Bikes laid on top of each other in any form
- Vehicle that does not allow the bike to keep both wheels on (i.e. small sedan, hatchback)
- Roof Rack mount that clamps the bike by the frame or fork without the wheel
- A tailgate pad that is not designed for bikes (i.e. a blanket over the tailgate, cardboard)
